When you meet Red Sox Athletic Performance Coordinator Mike Roose, you see confidence, leadership, and compassion. Most of all you see a genuine person who is all about taking care of his team, whether overseas or on the field in the major leagues. As a US Air Force Veteran, Mike shares his story of finding leadership, and the pursuit of a career in strength and conditioning that was born on the battlefield during his four deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan.
Thanks very much to our guest, US Air Force Veteran Mike Roose for your service and what you continue to do for all of us on and off the field.
